RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Every product is carefully packaged and quality-checked before shipment. Because we sell beauty and personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect all customers.

 

Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to sanitary and hygiene purposes, all products are final sale and non-refundable.

We do not offer:


  • Refunds
  • Exchanges based on preference
  • Cancellations once an order has been placed

  • Apparel & merchandise

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BEAUTY PRODUCTS

If your beauty product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.


To request a replacement:


  1. Email us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Include clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The shipping box
    • The shipping label

Once reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Please Note:


  • Items that appear used, altered, or tampered with will not qualify for replacement.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.



Processing Time:

Approved replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.

 

MERCHANDISE (APPAREL) REPLACEMENT POLICY

All merchandise is final sale and non-refundable for sanitary reasons.

However, we will replace apparel items under the following conditions:


  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags (if applicable) must be attached
  • No visible signs of wear, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and inspected (within 5–7 business days), we will ship a replacement of the same item or comparable item if unavailable.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will correct the issue promptly at no additional cost.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PROTECTION

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously.

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Any fraudulent disputes will be challenged with proof of:


  • Order confirmation
  • Tracking confirmation
  • Delivery confirmation
  • IP address and fraud verification records

Accounts associated with chargeback abuse may be restricted from future purchases.
