Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

If you need a guaranteed date of arrival Priority Mail is your best option.

Please allow 7-14 business days for processing time and 5-7 business days shipping once your order has been placed. This excludes any preorder sales.

Processing/Shipping times may vary during holidays.

All purchases are processed in the order they are received. This includes preorder sales as well.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
